Dental Administrator – Pro Grace Dentistry (Brentwood, Calgary)

Compensation: $18.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our front office team, you will:
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate information.
- Process insurance claims and assist with billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Support daily administrative operations and office organization.
- Help create an environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental reception or dental administration experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with ClearDent software is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance processing and treatment coordination is an asset.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and exceptional service.
