About the Role:
As a Chairside Dental Helper, you will support our dentists during procedures and play an important role in delivering a great patient experience. You will help prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols.
- Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments.
- Support scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- A strong interest in building a career in dentistry.
- Enrollment in, or willingness to enroll in, the Risio program.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous dental experience is an asset but not required.
