About the Role:

As a Chairside Dental Helper, you will support our dentists during procedures and play an important role in delivering a great patient experience. You will help prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
Prepare and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols.
Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments.
Support scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.

What We Are Looking For:

A strong interest in building a career in dentistry.
Enrollment in, or willingness to enroll in, the Risio program.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous dental experience is an asset but not required.
